Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking for a fulfilling opportunity to provide support and care for a lovely elderly couple in Belgium?

The care is mainly for the 90-year-old lady suffering from old age, reduced mobility, memory problems. She lives in Kraainem with her husband who is mobile and does not need specific care. She uses a walker or a wheelchair for mobility.

They both see that they need a helping hand around the house and want to create beautiful memories and enjoy them together.

Requirements:

– availability for minimum 6 months

– knowledge and experience of elderly care

– conversational knowledge of English language

– driving licence (not mandatory but a plus)

– motivated, resourceful, proactive person

On offer:

– Flight ticket to Belgium

– Dutch contract for a definite periode of time

– free accommodation and meals (job is internal / live-in)

– salary: €1.900,00 net per month

– the caretaker will have his/her own room with the necessary facilities and internet access

– one day off per week 08.00 – 20.00 and daily breaks

Responsibilities:

– Patient care

– light housekeeping

– simple cooking

Other caregiver benefits:

– Ongoing protection and advice at work

– insurance for accidents at work

– pension contribution (seniority)

– 200% pay for a national holiday

– paid cumulated leave according to Belgian legislation

– cumulated holiday money / annual payment according to Belgian legislation
