Recruitment Process

1. Recieving Request

Great, we have received your request! Now it's going to start. We place your ad on our website and search our database for suitable candidates.

2. Placing Advertisment

3. Pre selection

We guarantee only the best candidates. We therefore make the first selection. We check whether the candidate is suitable for your company.

4. 1st interview

After the first selection, we conduct an in-depth interview. We make a summary of this which is added to the candidate profile. We check all documents so that we are 100% sure that the candidate is suitable for the job.

5. Selection & proposal

Once the screening file of the candidate is completed, the profile of the candidate is finalized, and the screening documents are in order, we present the candidate. The employer is informed via email that the profile of the new candidate is ready.

6. 2nd Interview

At this point a short interview will be scheduled between the partnering agency and the candidate. The interview is confirmed by email. The purpose is to introduce the candidate to the partnering agency and to go shortly again through the job offer and the employment criteria to ensure that everything is clear.

7. Placement

Congratulation! We have a new MATCH. The candidate will soon start work and our teams will be in touch for the follow up and support throughout the entire contract period.
